#15 - Robots
May/June 2008
Have you ever dreamed of having a robot that would do you homework or clean your room? Robots don't do these things of course (those are your jobs afterall!), but they are out in the world doing a lot of other cool things. Robots explore volcanoes and outer space, they play soccer and perform surgery. In this issue of KNOW, we're checking out the world of robots. We've also included a bit of science news and blurbs on the science of skateboards and hay fever. As usual, you'll find lots of hands-on fun in our KNOW How and KNOW Fun departments. Don't forget to look for the knowms' pets: Lop Lop, Tahi, Lemondrop, Maestro, and Sharky.
