Using stunning photos and simple, clear text, Our Three Bears explores the bears of North America: black, brown (grizzly), and polar. Small blocks of text, called The Bear Facts, help explain bear biology such as how to tell the difference between black bears and grizzly bears. And how bears spend their winter. Check this book out for the “bear necessities”.

I liked that the book had many interesting facts about bears and that each page had photographs of bears. Some facts in the book made me sad. Like the fact that polar bears are in serious trouble because of global warming. I learned that black bears are not always black, they can be brown, cinnamon, or even white. I also learned that scientists think there are about 800,000 black bears in North America. The one word I would use to describe this book is “Amazing!”
