This book begins with this thought: imagine for a moment that all the water on Earth came from just one well. One Well explains how all of Earth’s people — all six billion or so of us — do share Earth’s water. With colourful illustrations and clear text, the book describes the water cycle and the ways that plants and animals, including humans, use water. You’ll also read how some countries are rich in water, while others are very thirsty, and get some tips on conserving water. Drink up!

The picture on the front made this book look inviting. The title made me want to find out what it was about. I liked all of it, especially the drawings. I learned lots of things, particularly this fact: the water you brushed your teeth with today may have been the spray of a beluga whale 10 years ago! I had a lot of fun reading this book and I wouldn’t change anything. I would give this book a 10 out of 10. The story of water on Earth is very interesting.
