MadeMe x Converse campaign with Lourdes Maria Ciccone

Madonna's daughter as the main character of the special collection out today

MadeMe is an American streetwear label that defines itself with the motto “by girls, for girls”. Born in 2007 in New York, it proposes a fashion which, drawing inspiration from the ’90s, loads the dynamic energy of the Big Apple’s people, and introduces it into the market with its communicative power and languages. The stylist, Erin Magee, was at the time, a young girl with Converse and, when asked to design for the American company, it seemed the obvious choice to use one of her muses: Lourdes Maria Ciccone, alias Lola Leon, Madonna’s daughter, who had already lead her campaign MadeMe x X-Girl.

A collection that sees the iconic One Star in 4 different colours and 4 fabrics (including a green corduroy, a yellow suede and denim) with the MadeMe logo imprinted on the rubber sole, to which 6 other products are added including backpacks, dungarees, tops and trousers, with a price ranging from 30 to 100 $. On sale from May the 24th, exclusively on the converse.com site and at Dover Street Market.
