One of the most glamorous events of the year, the British Fashion Council’s Fashion award 2017 was held last December 4th at the Royal Albert Hall in London, celebrating and rewarding the most influential figures of the 2017 fashion scene: among others Donatella Versace, with the Fashion Icon Award, Marco Bizzarri, CEO of Gucci, as Business Leader, and DIOR’s Maria Grazia Chiuri, with the Swarovski Award for Positive Change.

On the red carpet the curly, voluminous, coppery look of Jourdan Dunn stands out, which “gives us a glimpse of the upcoming trends for Spring / Summer 2018, both in terms of cuts and colour”, explains Mauro Galzignato, Director of collections with The Italian Touch. “As you can see, Zendaya’s unprecedented short, clean, blonde cut could be a first step towards the application of a pastel colour, or even the brand new Ultra Violet, recently decreed colour of the year 2018 by Pantone” .
